Light gauge steel structure (LGS) villa is also called steel structure house, prefabricated house, prefab house etc. Our steel structure villa system is introduced from Japan and optimized by our engineers. The major advantages:

High speed of construction: steel structure and other building materials are well designed and manufactured in our workshop, thus construction period can be greatly shortened. For a house of 300 m2, it takes only three months to install and decorate.

Excellent performance in heat insulation and sound insulation: we will apply special layers for external wall, internal wall, flooring and roof so as to achieve better performance in heat and sound insulation. All the windows and sliding doors for the balconies are double-glazed. They are excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation.

Performance

1. Fire resistance grade: Grade Three or Grade Two with special handling 

2. Design service years: 50 years. This figure is calculated based on conservative theoretical estimation; the actual life time may be even longer

3. Heat transfer coefficient: k=0.417W/m2K in summer and k=0.418W/m2K in winter, which are one third of that of conventional wall system

4. Average sound insulation factor of standard composite exterior wall (220mm): 56dB

5. Fire resistance rating: 1.8 hour to four hours
