2.       Design load: local wind load, design live load (kN/m2) on roof, design live load (kN/m2) on wall, Max. Wind load, Max. Rain load, Max. Snow load, Max seismic/earthquake load, additional collateral load (kN/m2), project location (city), etc.

3.       Material and Thickness of cladding: roof, exterior/partition wall, etc.

1.       Owing to different spans, the specific dimension and size of each part and section will be not the same.

2.       The wall and roof envelop can be made of steel sheets and sandwich panels of different functions at variable price.

3.       The insulation layer of the sandwich panel can be made of EPS, EPS, PU and etc. The insulation rate will not be the same because of the different materials.
