1) Fire resistance grade: Grade Three or Grade Two with special handling 

2) Design service years: 70 years. The actual life time may be even longer

3) Heat transfer coefficient: k=0.417W/m2K in summer and k=0.418W/m2K in winter,   which are one third of that of conventional wall system

4) Average sound insulation factor of standard composite exterior wall (220mm): 56dB

5) Fire resistance rating: 1.8 hour

6) Construction period: 3 months from foundation building to decoration.
